This chunky Greek greens formula is quick to make and full of health proteins. The wholemeal pitta makes a higher-nutritional fibre accompaniement.
Having a GI of 45, this dish is substantial healthy proteins, low GI.

Substances
- tiny reddish onion, thinly sliced up
- 2 big ripe tomato plants, roughly cut
- cucumber, deseeded and around chopped
- 100g/3oz decreased fat feta cheese, exhausted and cut into cubes
- 50g/1oz black colored olives, pitted and exhausted (in brine not oil and if at all possible Kalamata olives)
- little small number new peppermint simply leaves
- tsp dehydrated oregano
- 2 tsp more virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp refreshing lemon juice
- water sea salt and freshly soil dark pepper
- 2 wholemeal pitta loaves of bread, warmed
Scatter the feta, olives and peppermint simply leaves ahead. Dust within the oregano and throw gently. Drizzle across the essential oil and lemon juice and offer with warmed pitta breads.
